Event Rentals

Pricing includes everything you’ll need to host a tea party, including seating, tables, place settings, linens, tiers, teacups, saucers, teapots, creamers, and sugar bowls, and rental of the Albee House’s event space for up to 4 hours. Additional time is available at a rate of $50 per hour.

• Tea party for up to 12 people: $400
• Tea party for up to 24 people: $500
• Tea party for up to 36 people: $600
• Tea party for up to 48 people: $700

Food and beverages not included.
