Event Rentals
Tea Party Packages
Pricing includes everything you’ll need to host a tea party, including seating, tables, place settings, linens, tiers, teacups, saucers, teapots, creamers, and sugar bowls, and rental of the Albee House’s event space for up to 4 hours. Additional time is available at a rate of $50 per hour.
- Tea party for up to 12 people: $400
- Tea party for up to 24 people: $500
- Tea party for up to 36 people: $600
- Tea party for up to 48 people: $700

Shower Packages
Pricing includes seating, tables, place settings, linens, glassware, and rental of the Albee House’s event space for up to 4 hours. Additional time is available at a rate of $50 per hour.
- Baby or wedding shower for up to 12 people: $350
- Baby or wedding shower for up to 24 people: $450
- Baby or wedding shower for up to 36 people: $550
- Baby of wedding shower for up to 48 people: $650

Room Rental
Rent the Albee House’s event space for up to 4 hours for $250.
Pricing includes seating, tables, and rental of the Albee House for up to 4 hours. Additional time is available at a rate of $50 per hour, and add-on items like linens, places settings, glassware, etc. is available a la carte.
